We recently had a web designer who was having problems getting a specific plug-in to work on one of their Joomla web sites. Luckily, we have been developing interactive web sites and content for years and quickly discovered that there was an issue with some Javascript in the plug-in.
Our pay as you go support system came into play as the customer purchased a small block of support credits and we fixed the problem to enable him to get the site up and running as quickly as possible. He was also pleasantly surprised as he was left with a small balance of credits that he could use against any future problems or issues.
